HOTEL ENGINEERS assumes the authorization (sign EOT) rented rooms, renting apartments, furnished or not. The authorization has 2 stages. The first stage involves controlling land suitability and approval of architectural plans and the 2nd stage of the procedure for obtaining EOT signal by filing other documents, the final inspection by an Inspector of the EOT. HOTEL ENGINEERS, undertakes after autopsy of Engineering in the area of accommodation, the preparation of technical reports, the design of architectures, the topographical layout, building permit unless there is, gathering evidence about the completeness of the dossier submitted in cooperation with the entrepreneur, the procedure for handling of the dossier in EOT PYT and receipt and delivery of authorization (EOT) in tourist accommodation. The newly built tourist resorts and existing issued authorization for the first time must have standards at least 3 or 4 keys depending on the area to be licensed. We undertake and the renewal of an authorization procedure (SIMA EOT) rented rooms, rented apartments, furnished or not. HOTEL ENGINEERS takes over the upgrade process category hotel accommodation. The HOTEL ENGINEERS, undertakes after Engineering the autopsy in the area of accommodation, the preparation of the technical study, the design of modified architectural drawings based on the specifications of the applicable legislation of the ESOS, and the procedure for handling of the dossier in EOT PYT and receipt and delivery Approval of the upgrade of the hotel accommodation.

This process requires modifications and construction of Hotel accommodation so as to meet the requirements to move on to the next category (stars 2, 3, 4, 5).
