HOTEL ENGINEERS assumes the authorization of the swimming pool within the hotel or rented rooms. The authorization to operate the pool issued by the competent EOT and P.Y.T. is valid for 8 years.
HOTEL ENGINEERS, undertakes after Engineering the autopsy of the area where the pool is, the preparation of a technical study of the swimming pool (pool study), the design of architectural and mechanical plans, gathering evidence about the completeness of the dossier submitted in cooperation with the entrepreneur, the procedure for handling of the dossier in EOT PYT and receipt and delivery of the authorization, in tourist accommodation.
Necessary documents for completeness EOT file is the stem of the building permit of the pool (Council).
