In cases where there are planning breaches must first be legalized or arranged with n. 4014 and then proceed the conversion process of the residences into tourist accommodation.
HOTEL ENGINEERS, undertakes after autopsy in the area of housing, the preparation of technical studies, design of architectural drawings, topographic, concentration of projects endorsed by the competent town planning (Council), the collection documents the completeness of the dossier submitted in cooperation with the entrepreneur, the procedure for handling of the dossier in EOT PYT and receipt and delivery of authorization (EOT) in tourist accommodation.
